Thai beef satay

Ingredients
  • 3 stalks of lemongrass
  • 1 teaspoon galangal
  • 4-5 kaffir lime leaves
  • 1 teaspoon palm sugar
  • 2 teaspoons ground curry powder
  • 2 teaspoons ground coriander seeds
  • 2 tablespoons of cilantro leaves
  • 1 teaspoon of turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon of ground caraway seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt
  • 60ml of coconut milk
  • 400g of thinly sliced ​​beef
PREPARATION

Dip:

  • Put the lemongrass, galangal, lime leaves, sugar and spices in a bowl and blend until you have a smooth paste, add the coconut milk and mix well

 

Step 1

  • Put the meat in the marinade and turn until well coated.
  • Cover with cling film and marinate in the refrigerator for 2 hours

 

Step 2

  • Preheat the grill. Thread the marinated meat onto skewers and grill for 5 minutes, or until cooked to your liking.
  • Serve
