Egyptian salad with Dukkah

Ingredients

(4 People):

  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced ​​into strips
  • 3 medium tomatoes, cut into wedges
  • 300g of cooked white beans
  • 1 thinly sliced ​​red onion
  • 12 black olives
  • 2 hard-boiled eggs, cut into quarters
  • 30g of dukkah
  • 1 tablespoon of chopped fresh cilantro
  • 4 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon of vinegar
PREPARATION

Place all the ingredients in a salad bowl, sprinkle with dukkah and dress.
