Jamaican Jerk Chicken

Ingredients

(4 People):

  • 4 chicken quarters
  • 30g of Jerk spices
  • 1 small onion
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • Salt
PREPARATION

Step 1

  • Place the onion, spices, lime juice, and salt in a blender and blend until smooth. Make deep cuts in the chicken and marinate it with the blended paste. Refrigerate overnight.

 

Step 2

  • We place the chicken on a baking tray in a preheated oven at 240ºC, and bake for 30 minutes.
  • We turn on the grill and brush the chicken with a little oil, and we cook it until the skin is nicely browned and crispy.
  • We serve it with rice and roasted vegetables.
